Medical waiver forms will be on file for the 2010/2011 season.  If the same team members are competiting at more than one event you are only required to fill out the form one time.

CHANGES TO REGISTRATION & ORDER OF COMPETITION

Changes to registration and order of competition can not be called in. Please fill out a change form and either e-mail it or fax it in. All changes must be made 1 week prior to the event or incur a $250 change fee.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE - VERY IMPORTANT
A 3% administrative fee will be added to all transactions for Spirit Rocks Events.  This fee will be waived if using cash, check or money order.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
Checks that are returned for any reason will be charged a $30 return check fee in addition to the principle amount.  At that point, payment will only be accepted in the form of certified check, money order or credit card.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY -- VERY IMPORTANT!
All Spirit Rocks Events will go on regardless of the weather conditions – rain, sleet or snow! Please make any necessary travel arrangements so that you will not have any problems making it to the event on time. No special favors or performance times will be granted to those who arrive late for any reason (weather or otherwise). Furthermore, no refunds will be given on any Spirit Rocks expenses. Please keep an eye on the local and national weather forecasts so that you are prepared for any inclement weather.
